So far, more than 65,000 IDs have been issued to researchers in Portal to get familiar with elites and future makers (DANA). Our vision in the Dana system is to issue one million identifiers for researchers in the country and 5 million identifiers for researchers in Islamic countries.

Social-scientific networks use the principles in social networks to promote scientific activities. These networks allow scientists, researchers, students, and professionals to communicate, exchange scientific information, collaborate on research projects, and share technical knowledge. In other words, these networks provide opportunities for researchers to benefit from each other's knowledge and expertise. These facilities include exchange of ideas, scientific discussions, cooperation in research projects, and sharing of technical information. In this way, these types of networks help to develop and maintain a dynamic and proactive scientific community.

Considering the importance of social-scientific networks, many of them have been presented at the international level. However, despite the remarkable capabilities and facilities of these systems, the necessity of setting up a local social network in accordance with the needs of the scientific community of Iran and Islamic countries was felt more and more. In order to solve the existing vacuum, "Portal to get familiar with elites and future makers" or in short, "Dana" in May 2023 with the presence of Dr. Mohammad Ali Zulfi Gol, Minister of Science, Research and Technology and Dr. Abdul Hossein Khosrupanah, Secretary of the Supreme Council of Cultural Revolution and at the same time has been unveiled.

In this portal, scientific communication between researchers is provided through a scientific social network so that researchers can have more interaction with each other. For this purpose, a comprehensive page is considered for each of the Iranian elites and researchers, which includes their research activities and ID in other databases. Researchers can manage their works and also view the works of other researchers.

One of the features of Dana is assigning a unique code for researchers, which contains their information. The first two digits of this code, known as ISC-ID, indicate the country in which the researcher works. The next four digits are reserved. The next two digits show the code and control digit respectively. According to the researcher's user type, the researcher's code also changes. So far, more than 65,000 researchers, who are mainly university faculty members, have been approved by Dana Secretariat. Also, for the academic staff members of 20 universities, workshops have been provided for the purpose of getting to know elites and future makers.
