ISC to Develop Ties with St. Petersburg Mining University

ISC president, Prof. S. A. Fazelzadeh, paid a visit to St. Petersburg Mining University which took place on July 8th to July 10th 2024. During this visit, a set of understandings in the form of an MoU were achieved.

The meeting in St. Petersburg Mining University was planned and carried out following the sending of an official invitation by this the university President, Dr. Vladimir Stefanovich Litvinenko, to the President of ISC. Previously, on April, a delegation of the Russian University visited ISC and got acquainted with the services and cooperation capacity of this institute.

Regarding the schedule of this visit, Fazelzadeh said: various topics were discussed with the university's president and its officials.

ISC president said: it was agreed to expand of the science, technology and innovation platforms of ISC, especially Need sand Answers Network (NAN). Also, as one of the most important matters contained in this memorandum, it was decided to establish an international cooperation center in research, education and technology at St. Petersburg Mining University in order to systematize the cooperation and especially to develop the services of ISC.
