Sultan Qaboos University professors visited RICeST & ISC

Dr. Taisira hazim Albalooshi and Dr. Zakieh Khamis Aladvi, 2 professors of Faculty of Economics and Buissiness of Sultan Qaboos University, Oman , visited Regional Information Center for Science and Technology & Islamic World Science Citation Center on Wednesday, May, 9, 2012.
In this visit, the President of RICeST & ISC, Vice- presidents, and Chairperson of the Office of International Scientific Cooperation were presented. At first Dr. Mehrad, president of ISC while welcoming the guests, briefly introduced the most important scientific activities of these two centers such as ranking universities, publishing research and scientific journals of the universities and research centers, indexing scientific journals of the Islamic countries universities, …. and presented their databases and services offered. The websites and some of the scientific products of these two international centers were also presented by the vice presidents.
At the end of the two hour meeting, Sultan Qaboos University professors visited different departments of these two centers and expressed their interest to use the services and have more cooperation with these two important international centers.
