Iran is ranked the first in the region and 16th in the world in producing science

The latest statistics in producing in science is released by Islamic World Science Citation Center (ISC) and Iranian scientists dedicated 1.58 % of total producing science in the world to Iran.

Iranian scientists produced 22456 articles from March to September 2013 based on the Scopus database.
USA is ranked the first by producing 378382 articles and the second rank is China with 267742 articles and the third position is England with 108748 articles.

Iran and Turkey succeeded to be among 20 top countries in producing science in all Islamic countries.
